Owner / Founder / CEO / Mama of Four Girls
Our boss lady, Shannon, started her journey in the window treatment industry in 1998. She learned technique from her mother, Sheri, who hand-made custom drapery. Shannon began with the hustle of selling and installing blinds. Her self-made business quickly grew into what it is today. In her free time, Shannon stays busy running multiple businesses, taking care of her four daughters as well as some fur children, painting, practicing yoga, tending to her plants and cooking.
Skylar
Premier Consultant / Daughter of Shannon
Skylar joined her mother in the window treatment industry after completing her Journalism degree at the University of Arkansas in 2019. She is who you will meet at most of our in-person consults. In her free time, she spends lots of time outdoors, writing, painting and with her dog, Kotta.
Fergie
Lead Shade Installer
Fergie has been with us for the past 5 years! His hardworking spirit and perfectionism is what makes Fergie the best at what he does. Fergie is our lead installer of all shades and blinds. As well as programming your motorized shades and setting up your HUB for ease and satisfaction. He's also good for funny stories. In Fergie's free time, he loves to spend time skiing, riding his motorcycle across America and going to his ranch on the weekends. We would be lost without Fergie.
Marleine
Territory Sales Manager for Exxus Shutters / Leads final measures for all shutter orders
Marleine has been in the window treatment industry for over 18 years, and with DFW Shutter Shop for the past 12! Her attention to detail, knowledge of all things shutters, patience and kindness is what makes Marleine the best at what she does. Upon ordering your custom plantation shutters, you will meet our Marleine, who conducts final measures to ensure a fit to perfection. In her free time, Marleine spends time with her husband, Kirk, who also leads Exxus Shutters, her three wonderful children and fur babies! Near any body of water & surrounded by her loved ones is where Marleine is happiest.
Emma
Sales and Product Specialist at Pro Design LLC / Our Shade Rep
Emma knows all things shades. She is our go-to gal when placing orders and designing our custom roman and roller shades. The pride she takes in her work is what makes her so special to us and everyone around her. In her free time, she is found enjoying nature with her loved ones, traveling the world and cuddling up next to her fur babies.
