| Are consultations free? |

YES!

| Do you have a store front? |

We do not. We prefer to come to you and match the perfect window treatments to your decor and style of home.

| What is the lead time for shades? |

Roller shades - two weeks.

Woven roman shades - four weeks.

Fabric roman shades - six weeks.

Dual sheer shades - 16 days.

| What is the lead time for shutters? |

Eight weeks.

| What is the lead time for blinds? |

Seven days.

| Can I add motorization to an existing shade? |

Unfortunately, this is not possible with our shades.

| What forms of payment do you accept? |

Everything except for American Express.

| Do I pay fully upfront? |

We ask for 50% when you order, and 50% after install.

| Is shipping and install included in my bid? |

Yes and yes.

| Will you remove my existing window treatments? |

Yes! We will include pricing for removal and disposal of existing window treatments in your bid.

| What is the measuring process? |

We will measure your windows during the initial consultation, then do a final measure when you are ready to order. This is a quick process and ensures a perfect fit!

| What should I do for an arched window? |

We recommend a shutter, for any shape, or a shade with an outside mount. The shade would sit above the arch and fall over the top of the window. Drapery or curtains work well with arches too.

| Where do you resource your products? |

Our shades are from Pro Design LLC and our shutters are from Exxus. We have partnered with these companies for many years and enjoy working with them. Both provide excellent products and customer service.
